Thanksgiving 2023
3/5 Overall, it was a nice property and delivered as advertised. There were a number of small things like lighting in the kitchen and eating area that never worked and the host knew they needed to be fixed and offered alternative solutions. With a host on site it was helpful when issues arose. I would suggest some larger trash bins off the deck as 5 adults plus another 4 or 5 in the adjoining unit create a lot of trash especially over a holiday weekend.

We greatly appreciate your feedback, and we would like to share some insights from the homeowner: Regarding the lighting issues, replacing the ceiling fans situated in a vaulted ceiling required us to find a specialized contractor willing to work at heights of over twenty feet. We've successfully replaced them now and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Additionally, your suggestion for a couple more trash containers is appreciated, and we're planning to add those soon. We truly value your insights, and your feedback helps us improve. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Great place to stay with the family

Beautiful home and great experience
5/5 A few girlfriends and I rented this property to hike in the smokey mountains. House was really nice, and gratefully was well stocked with everything we needed (tp, paper towels, laundry stuff, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, etc) Don clearly goes out of his way to make it a great stay, and it was really appreciated. Plenty of towels and washcloths as well. Don and Rufus were excellent hosts, really can't say enough good about the property. The back deck is shared with an open deck as well as a beautiful screened in porch that we enjoyed as well. Thanks Don!
