Maintenance Issues
1/5 The light is the kitchen did not work properly. Sometimes it would take 20-30 min to come on. When we let the property manager know we were told “Yes we know and will be there in a few weeks to replace it.” The house had a major red wasp problem. There were nests by the front and back door. My daughter was stung my husband was stung and I was stung 4 times.When I told the property manager they asked when I was leaving and let me know they could contact an exterminator after we checked out. Liked the location but will not be staying here again.

Great Home
3/5 Great Home but the A/C did not work properly while we were there. It was over 100 while we were there, but the AC would not keep the house cool. It averaged 80-85 degrees at night which make it difficult to sleep even with fans running on high.
First world problem, I know. But when you pay almost $1,000 for 4 nights its nice to be comfortable. Especially after working all day in the heat.
Perfect space for Quiet Beauty
5/5 We had family in for a funeral and needed additional living space to house all of us. This property was beautiful, restful, and the owners had OUTSTANDING communication from weather concerns, to updates on WIFI, they were so thorough and thoughtful. We couldn't be more pleased.

Exceptionally Clean House and Serene Location
5/5 Absolutely the cleanest place I've ever stayed! The house is tucked away in the woods but still in a great location for getting to see all of Northwest Arkansas (we were there for U of A's graduation). Check-in and out was easy and communication was great with the host. Would definitely stay again—thank you!
