- This 2-story cabin requires stairs for access
- Your safety matters. This property features a dual light/camera system, installed to provide visibility for guests arriving after dark. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector)
- The cabin is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The service on your phone can be spotty sometimes especially at the entrance to the gate into our subdivision. Please print off a copy of the pre-stay sheet or screenshot the info to your phone that has the gate code, address, and code to the front door. Once you connect to the WiFi at the house you will have better coverage

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prior to your arrival, please fill out the following form and return it to campviewcabin@gmail.com: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-j_6aH3bT5ThlPVdYm2N9v0_2ydHcWwl/view?usp=sharing
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The gate code is 2827
- This property is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Enter the last four numbers of the phone number used at booking and then press the unlock button
- To lock the door, to just simply hit the lock button symbol on the number pad. No need to enter the four digit code again
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Reduce heat/air conditioning accordingly
- Log out of your personal streaming accounts
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- To stream Netflix, Hulu, etc on the Smart TVs, guests will need to log into their personal streaming accounts
