    We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was so pretty and relaxing, easy to get to. Close to Talladega Speedway, unit was clean, up to date, had everything I needed except a Keurig! lol

    We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was spacious and the rooms were immaculate. We enjoyed birdwatching on the balcony and the river views were spectacular.

    We were only here for a couple of nights but we loved it. Perfect for a family get away. Condo was clean and had everything f you would need for a fun and relaxing stay. We will definitely be renting again.

  • Terrible host

    While the property was clean and sufficient and the community was beautiful with amazing sunset views the host was non-communicative. They do not reply to their messages until days later, if at all. I experienced this before I tried to make my final payment and again the day I was supposed to check in. I don’t remember how I got their phone number but I had to call them to get what I needed and when I did they were rude and did not understand why I was so frustrated. Evolve is another property management company….there is no interaction with the owner themselves, which just confirms I paid too much for the rental. I will never rent any properties managed by Evolve. There are many other properties for rent in this community, I should have rented one of those.
