• Huge disappointment

  Arrived to find a very dirty apartment. It was late and we were so disgusted we decided to get a hotel room rather than sit on the furniture let alone sleep there.

  Host was very responsive and apologetic. She explained she is an out of town host relying on a cleaning service.

  I would not have bothered to leave this review but it was a huge inconvenience, people should be able to trust they will find a clean rental, and we are out the $55 fee of the booking agency, evolve. We had to call evolve directly to get them to contact the host as well.

  This property was only okay and in my opinion was far less than the 9.2 rating it had when I booked it. The house did not feel super clean, with dead bugs in the bathrooms and carpet upstairs with lots of stains. In addition, there are two units in the house and the walls are very thin. Hopefully our neighbors were there on a short term rental and this wont be a problem for future rentals, but they were often sitting right outside our door smoking, and we could hear our them at all hours of the night (3-4 am), which made for an unpleasant experience. I understand there may not be many choices for renting in Vicksburg, and as such this is a decent option, but I would not stay here again.

  Was in town for graduation. Fit 5 people fine. Older home with quirky layout but had everything we needed.
