The house is located on the 18th hole of the Cree Meadows private golf course! Golf enthusiasts love the ease of access for this private course (with public access) as well as the other notable golf courses in the area like the Links at Sierra Blanca!
When you're not dining at the condo, be sure to drive or walk just under a mile into town and experience a delicious Ruidoso dinner! Some local favorites include Chef Shawn's Eatery, Grill Caliente, Tina's Cafe, Rio Grande Grill & Tap Room, and the Cornerstone Bakery & Cafe.
The Ruidoso Downs Race Track draws in crowds far and wide every year from Labor Day through Memorial Day. Drive 5 miles to get in on the action and watch the races or to simply explore the fun town of Ruidoso Downs!
If you're in the mood to get some turns in, drive 40 minutes to reach the base of Ski Apache! This expansive ski resort offers over 750 skiable acres and 55 different trails for every skill-level skier.
Some other options for fun include exploring the Fort Stanton-Snowy River Cave National Conservation Area, hiking to the Sierra Blanca Peak, or shopping in the quaint downtown area in Ruidoso!

Spring Break Family Vacation
5/5 This is our 2nd year in a row going for Spring Break. We’re a family of 5 and had plenty of room, very spacious. It has everything you need and some. The weather was perfect to sit around the fire pit and make S’mores. This place is perfect in every way. It’s minutes from Midtown which has a great selection of restaurants, boutiques, wineries, brewpubs and cafes. Also, close to Ski Apache. We’re already planning our next stay. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
5/5 I would definitely get it again. Really nice, clean and cozy. Great for my family. It was near midtown and all restaurants. Highly recommend.

Condo on Cree Meadows golf course
5/5 This place was wonderful. Location was superb! Great patio with fire pit and nice grill. Great view from living room!
Beds are all comfortable. Stocked kitchen was nice. Having a stackable washer and dryer was great too! Only issue was not having but one kitchen towel and two wash clothes in master. We had to wash them to have more. Other than that this is an excellent place. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Master bedroom downstairs with bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs with shared bathroom. All kings except one upstairs bedroom with queen! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in this home ❤️

Wonderful Condo
4/5 We stayed in this chic fabulous condo for four days. It is one of the nicest units on the property. The rooms are spacious, clean, and decorated to match the Ruidoso vibe. The beds are comfortable so plan on sleeping well. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed including shampoo and soap. There was plenty of seating in the living area. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. TV upstairs and down with provided cable, prime, and Netflix. Premium washer and dryer was very handy. The best part was the back porch. Seating for 6 with a fire pit, gas grill, and a secure railing. It was perfect to keep our grandbaby safe while we enjoyed the views. We saw numerous ELK and beautiful birds. The sunsets were amazing. It was a very peaceful and relaxing weekend and we cannot wait to go back.
