This is a cute end unit Sunnyside condo a super short walk from the Golden Eagle, shuttle to the mountain and the town square. Good space for 2 adults and 2 kids, they loved the bunk room. Unit was tidy and well equipped with clean comfy linens, towels and good kitchen supplies for the basics. Easy in/out with the lockbox and we very much enjoyed our stay. We mostly took advantage of the excellent Nordic skiing trails which were well groomed after some rain (ick!) and then luckily some more snow. Also recommend the town square restaurants were good and we appreciated the Jug general store for any supplies we forgot.Great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Great location, on shuttle route to ski mountain with cute and quaint Town Square within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and all amenities were as described. The gas fireplace was an underrated perk giving off instant heat on a 4 degree night! Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed at this rental last weekend. Its clean, has a great location and Steve the owner is very accommodating to work with. He allowed us an early check in and responded immediately to a heating question I had. The location is great, walk to village, athletic center and pool. The only downside is this condo is a first floor unit, so you hear the people above you the whole time. Also it is across the street from a conference center that sometimes holds weddings. Two were held when we were there so the music was loud until around 11pm. Overall, a nice place to stay. Works for a party of 4 people or fewer.

The host condo is very clean and nicely appointed with all the necessary items you would want on a short getaway. The host did proactively communicate in advance of the stay and was able to offer an earlier check in.
The combination traditional coffee maker and Kuerig single serve is a nice touch.
First day while there was a break in the weather was able to get a hike in on Welch-Dickey which is less than 15 minutes away.
A newly placed book of the Waterville area offered up a couple of local historic hikes which were perfect on another day with scattered showers.
A ride to the top of Snows Mountain on a chairlift and walk down to the cascades.
Dinner at the Mexican Resturant in town square (Fajitas and Margeritas) food was good.
I always enjoy a nice meal at Coyote Grill.
I have stayed here at least a few times and always enjoy the location which is walking to everything while having a very private feel to it.
