Newly built home
3/5 Home was lovely. However these huge black ants took over the bedroom i was in. They could get in by crawling under the double doors. I was bitten a number of times and ended up having to stop on my way home on sunday at an urgent care. I have to take 2 meds for the next 7 days. But the house was very pretty

- The location of this vacation property is part of its charm, however, as our home is located in nature, carpenter ants can occasionally enter. We do have ongoing pest control that manages and protects the home from issues. We immediately had a professional team investigate the property for carpenter ants and the technicians did not find any evidence of an ongoing ant issue.
- We go above and beyond to provide a comfortable experience for guests and we're sorry that outside circumstances changed that.
- While we regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that our most recent guests reported no issues.
- We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!
