Dismal
1/5 Bricks supporting the king bed toppled when sitting on it. The banister & railing was precariously loose on the deck overlooking a very steep drop-off, and we had a toddler! The floors were dirty. The host expressed much displeasure when we asked for additional towels as we had 4 adults and a toddler staying here. As we started to raise concerns, by the end of our stay, a For Sale sign went up in front of the house. We would not recommend this place.

Disappointed
2/5 When a home shows central air conditioning you would expect it to work , right? They were aware of ac issues but did not have it fixed. We were brought 3 fans instead of portable ac units that I requested. Extremely uncomfortable the whole stay. Bathroom light not working, was brought a floor lamp; toilet seat had seat cover broken off, but was replaced Yay! Did not want to use deck furniture because it was torn up due to ‘critters’ I was told. I would not recommend staying at this property!

Great location right outside of LA.
5/5 The place was amazing? Great deck with view of city. Spacious and large kitchen for cooking for the whole family. Everything is a 30 minute drive in LA. So we were "close" to Disney, Hollywood Bowl and walk of fame. There is a grocery store snd an In & Out burger rifht around the cornet

Wonderful property
5/5 All the information you need is provided early and multiple times before your stay to ensure you have everything you need to locate the property, communicate with property owners, and check in smoothly. The property is beautiful with amazing views. The only thing to note is that there is no BBQ grill available, so if you're looking to grill outside while there, unfortunately, that won't be possible. However, they have a fully stocked kitchen with a very nice stove that has a center griddle that can be used for the same purpose. Though the deck is so nice that it really could use a grill. When considering all the different factors for your stay, in my opinion, while having a grill would be nice it's hardly a show-stopper. Don't give it a second thought if you are interested in renting this property, it's worth it!
