Comfortable &reasonable price
5/5 Stayed for 4 days while visiting family in Clarkdale. Most of what was available only had 1 bathroom. This house has 2, which was a big draw for us. Comfortable house close to Main St Cottonwood. You could walk the
.7 miles to town but we preferred to drive. Took maybe 2 minutes and there was plenty of parking. Had a blast playing sorry and cornhole in the backyard with the grandkids. Wifi went out late the last night we were there. I reported the outage to Melody in the morning and she gave us a discount for the inconvenience. It was no big deal for us as it was bedtime anyway. Mostly wanted Melody to know so it could be addressed before the next guests arrived. Will definitely stay again!
Girls Wine Trip
5/5 Super close to Main street - about a 10 minute walk. Worth it for the dark sky and seeing the stars - and walking off the food/wine of our adventure. We were a group of 5 women, and there was plenty of room The house was super cute and very clean. Had everything we needed: an abundance of towels, blankets and space. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE!! Kitchen had every amenity we needed, including coffee and creamer. The property manager answered any questions I had quite quickly, so no issue there. All instructions before, during, and after our stay were clear and helpful. All of the girls loved this house and were so sad to leave it!! The backyard and its game area was nice, and we kind of chose the house because of it, but never used it.... maybe next time. If I have a group trip to Cottonwood again, this will be my first choice.

Great place to hang for the holiday!
5/5 My father and I stayed here during Thanksgiving Week while visiting my sister and brother-in-law for the holiday. It was a great location to Old Town Cottonwood restaurants while still a short drive to them in Clarkdale. Very quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

5/5 The house was beautiful and the location was great for getting to downtown Cottonwood. And, also close to Jerome. We enjoyed the back patio as well.
