Quick Trip
5/5 We typically stay two weeks, but this was a quick two night in and out trip. Point Pleasant is always our go to place in St Thomas. Other condos/rooms we have stayed in over the past 27 years of traveling to the island have better views, but the owner of this unit has invested in nice fixtures and finishes. We were comfortable and would book again.

Great Stay
5/5 Perfect spot, nice location with walking distance to Margaritaville, and Coki beach. The place had all the necessities for cooking, it had snorkeling gear, towels, extra sunscreen. Gated entrance. I do recommend renting a car as there is a lot to discover on this amazing island.
5/5 Great location, conveniently close to the pool, restaurant/bar and to sugar beach. Was able to walk to Coki beach and the short drive to Linquist beach...which was absolutely beautiful. Condo was perfect for two people.

Great Location ~ would stay again with a few changes
3/5 This condo is well appointed and the location was great. Loved the little bar below and the pool is nice. Great service and food. Views are lovely and beautiful Coki point beach is a 7 min walk! It has a little tiki type bar and food and has great snorkeling.
A few things to make the stay better. The AC barely ran so the home was very warm at night so sleeping wasn’t the best. They do provide fans which helped but the fans are very dusty so it was brutal on allergies. Also. Recommend upgrading the mattress and pillows.
The owner and Evolve team were very responsive to any questions and directions. The resort personnel were extremely responsive when we need assistance with our car.
Thank you for a lovely stay. With a few upgrades, the rating would be higher.
Great location needs some minor repairs
3/5 Screen doors were unusable. Bed was not great. Loved location, view, and overall property.
