  The house was very interesting, my 3 grandchildren loved it. The only problem we had with it was the showers. The water pressure was terrible and the drains were very slow.

• Just Don't Stay Here

  We were very excited about this place, but it failed in many ways.

  At checkin the hostess had her phone off so when we got to the property we didn't know what to do. We discovered the place was just unlocked with the key on the table so we let ourselves in. We were also told to leave the key on the table when we left.

  The place was dirty, not child friendly, and hot with no central air. There is no trampoline, the lake is a cow pond (with cows defecating in it), the row boat looked like it would sink, the kayaks are for kids max wt 125. The water slide can only be accessed by a vertical ladder to the roof (so don't plan on kids using it)

  To get to the property you have to drive past the hosts place and all the junk in their yard.

  Host was friendly until we had a complaint and then was rude.

  Evolve is not very responsive and doesn't seem to do anything. We ended up leaving early. This place just doesn't get represented well by the pics on site.

  The weekend was 96 degrees and the AC unit was leaking like a faucet all over the couch. There was a dead mouse in the pantry. Floors made my baby's knees brown w dirt. A mouse ran on our bed while we were sleeping. There are cob webs in the kitchen that act as a fly trap. Holes in many of the walls. We love the group we had, but would never come back or recommend, too dirty. Oh and the propane was out after i specifically asked the evolve group who are also quite rude. Very nice family, very rude property group.

• Unique Property

  This house was so unique and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was great to have an almost private lake and the movie theater room was a great bonus we didn't know about. It definitely could use a good clean but it was a good house.
