  Part of a large metal building with a construction or service business occupying most of the building. But quiet at night, about 1.5 miles from downtown Saratoga. A ton of parking. Interior was nicely appointed. Kitchen was OK. Pans were circa 1985 with teflon coatings. The only condiment was salt. No pepper. Would be fine for snowmobiling stay or for day-trip base. No yard, all pavement

• Beds need bed springs

  Stay was ok, bed in master is uncomfortable. Bed is a thin mattress directly on a steal bedframe, no support from box springs, got zero sleep most nights. Temp in apartment was about 10 degrees hotter than thermostat. Hall way controls heat up stairs. Deceiving add apartment is up stairs. Living room lamps are all missing light bulbs, kinda dangerous if you have children with you.Could use better quality of pots and pans. Definitely off list of places to stay in Saratoga. De

  Hi Mitchell, we’re glad you found the property and location comfortable overall. We also appreciate you pointing out areas where we could have done better. After connecting with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:
  – We wish you had reached out during your stay, as we would’ve been happy to assist right away with anything that came up.
  – We recently stayed in the unit and slept in the primary bedroom bed without any issues. The frame uses a rail system designed to replace a traditional box spring by offering airflow, weight distribution, and under-bed storage. That said, we understand that mattress comfort can be subjective. The unit is equipped with warm floor radiant heat, controlled by a master switch. While this system is energy-efficient, it doesn’t allow for quick temp changes. Each room also has a thermostat for supplemental heat. Like many homes in this area, the unit doesn’t have A/C, as it’s typically not necessary during this time of year.
  – It's highlighted several times in the listing and reiterated twice in our pre-stay communications that stairs are required to access the unit. It’s not listed as a ground-floor unit, and we encourage guests to review all listing details to ensure it's the right fit before booking.
  – New lamps were installed before your stay, and we will make sure all are equipped with working bulbs. We’ll be reviewing the cookware to identify any pieces that may need to be replaced due to wear or damage.
