    Very nice house, clean and efficient. The driveway and turn in are VERY steep and gravel, definitely need 4WD in the winter. Got somewhat hot and stuffy, but ambient temp was 95 deg F. Would definitely stay there again if in Lander.

    - The steep, gravel driveway is typical of mountain properties in our area, and we make sure this is communicated in the listing details and welcome materials so guests can prepare accordingly.
    - As noted in the House Tips section of our Welcome Book, on warmer days, guests find it helpful to keep blinds closed, run fans and the A/C, and open bedroom windows during cooler evening hours.

    Wonderful house located just outside of lander. Amazing views and plenty of room for a large group. One window unit not enough to cool during summer but otherwise great.
