The property was beautiful inside and out. We arrived to a warm cozy cabin, despite the chilly temps. Amenities inside allowed us to cook several meals and truly enjoy our family time. After a of day hiking or visiting museums, we came back to a nice hot tub with views of starry skies. It was even a great location to use our telescope. Many evenings and mornings we saw deer in the yard. The location is private and quiet, yet close to store and town (we even walked there). The only thing a bit odd was the round bed- as my hubby is tall and found it a bit awkward to sleep on. We met the owner and he was very friendly- but most of the time we had the place to ourselves. With limited hotels in the area, I highly recommend this cabin, it is worth the stay!
