We stayed at this property for Cheyenne Frontier days and it was a great location. Just down the road was a super market and some fast food places to eat. The guest contact was quick to answer and provide suggestions if needed. The only difference between photos was that the black reclining chairs were replaced with a couch. Other than that, the stay was perfect. We used the place to cook as well and thought that everything needed was provided. We will be back when we travel out that way again,

We had to have a recliner and there was one pictured in the advertisement. The living room furniture was awful. Sofa broke down and wouldn’t stay together and held up on one corner with a block of wood. Multiple light bulbs burned out. No end tables at master bedroom. No clocks in bedrooms. Trash can broken. No light over stove. Other than this it was good

Hi Felicia, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
We are glad you chose our home and we are sorry your stay was not what you expected. We apologize to our guests for the furniture change. Our old couch broke and we needed to replace it as soon as possible. Our new couch is a sleeper as well so it is movable to form into a sleeper. We apologize for not updating our photographs. As for the lights and furnishings, our pictures represent the rooms and furnishings included accurately. Our property manager takes great care to ensure that our home is clean, updated with necessities, and prepared for all guests. We strongly encourage guests to reach out right away with any issues they may encounter so that she can quickly resolve them.
We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback.
