The kitchen sink was leaking they knew that because they had a large bucket underneath and when we woke up it overrun. That's how we found it. The ice maker was leaking out of the dispenser. There is a terrible smell from downstairs. It made the game room unusable. You can only come into the property one way and leave one way. There is a fire hydrant that is close to a corner and impassable . .we had to unhook trailer and manhandle them doing a 360 to get them turned around to leave. What they are charging is absolutely ridiculous for this place.

Three stars is being nice, this place isn’t bad by no means but the pictures are definitely professional. The bottom floor smells like someone left a grumpy for a few months. The trailer situation is quite ridiculous, as it states a 24’ trailer will fit on the property, this is true but not without messing your trailer up. We scraped every corner trying to get our brand new trailer in place, ended up having to leave it off site as it would not fit without damaging our trailer. You need to update your listing that the maximum trailer that fits is a 14’. For the money it isn’t worth it. The place wasn’t very clean, bugs and smells were quite bad.

We had a great time riding the trails, but when we first got to home, it was not clean. Water bottles everywhere, beds were not made, floor never got swept even when the manager came over and said, "What are y'all doing here?" Which was to say we were not expected, which should validate my review. Later he said, he had gotten the email, but for some reason wasn't on the calendar. Had 6 people staying, had just enough towles, not enough wash rags and had to buy some from dollar general. The big cooktop stove works, the oven that is in the cabinet does not. Had another stove in what once was a closet but the handle on door was broke and not clean. Didn't use ovens at all. Lock box code was two different codes, he said the one I had from VRBO shouldn't work but it did, wifi password is incorrect on check-in instructions. Tub was spot cleaned at best. If you are pulling a trailer this is not where you want to be. It is very, very tight when pulling of the main road with many hair pin turns that a 5'x10' trailer at best can get through. VRBO needs to do a better job screening and checking these homes. This is the second time our group has rented a place in the area of Gary and Welch and both times they have been less than acceptable. Maybe the lesson is, don't stay in Gary or Welch WV.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, Scotty. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay.
-We understand the importance of cleanliness and organization upon check-in, and we regret that our property did not meet your expectations in this regard. The unforeseen circumstances surrounding our property manager's absence and the unexpected weather conditions greatly impacted our ability to provide the level of service we strive for. However, we acknowledge our responsibility and have taken steps to prevent similar situations in the future, including ensuring backup cleaners are readily available.
-Regarding the trailer access, we appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. We have accommodated trailers up to 20 feet in length with minimal difficulty accessing the property. However, we advise that drivers possess experience in towing trailers and are proficient in maneuvering them. For trailers longer than 24 feet or for drivers who may feel uncomfortable, we offer off-site parking upon request for added convenience.
Once again, we apologize for falling short of your expectations and appreciate your understanding. We have refunded the cleaning fee and provided additional compensation for the inconvenience you experienced. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide you with a more seamless experience.
