  Russell was a great host. He communicated with us whenever we needed and gave directions and suggestions for best route up the mountain and grocery stores. The unit was clean with plenty of sitting area. The sunroom was awesome - had a great view! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. Bedding and linens were clean and stocked. This unit is in a great location and just a short walk from the village. We had a small hiccup while we there, but contacted our host and he responded asap. We’re already planning our next trip to Snowshoe and want to stay in this unit again!

  Furniture was not as advertised (reduced # of pullout sofas). Cluttered and dirty with construction/repair materials visible, xmas decorations still up in March, and storage items left strewn throughout property.

  Regarding the sleeping arrangements, our unit is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six adults, with two queen bedrooms, a queen sofa bed in the lounge, and an additional backup sleep sofa.
  As for the festive decorations, we enjoy creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and we keep seasonal decor until the end of the season. Many guests have appreciated this touch, finding it adds to the charm of their stay.
