  Russell was a great host. He communicated with us whenever we needed and gave directions and suggestions for best route up the mountain and grocery stores. The unit was clean with plenty of sitting area. The sunroom was awesome - had a great view! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. Bedding and linens were clean and stocked. This unit is in a great location and just a short walk from the village. We had a small hiccup while we there, but contacted our host and he responded asap. We’re already planning our next trip to Snowshoe and want to stay in this unit again!

  Furniture was not as advertised (reduced # of pullout sofas). Cluttered and dirty with construction/repair materials visible, xmas decorations still up in March, and storage items left strewn throughout property.

  Regarding the sleeping arrangements, our unit is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six adults, with two queen bedrooms, a queen sofa bed in the lounge, and an additional backup sleep sofa.
  As for the festive decorations, we enjoy creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and we keep seasonal decor until the end of the season. Many guests have appreciated this touch, finding it adds to the charm of their stay.

• Cozy and well-equipped condo

  This condo is a great place to spend a few days while skiing. Location is literally <10 minutes to the main village center and <5 minutes to the community pool/hot tub facilities. Importantly THERE ARE NO STAIRS to climb to get into or out of the condo!! This is really nice when loading in and out. Also it was totally quiet even when there were folks above us.

  The condo has 2 good size bedrooms plus a converted sunroom which is not totally enclosed.

  The kitchen was well stocked and easy to maneuver.

  Water pressure was good, and there were plenty of towels and hooks in the bathrooms.
