CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The property is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be provided by the homeowner on the day of check-in
- If the door code fails for any reason, a backup lockbox with a spare key is located on the light fixture to the right of the front door. The code is 6018
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Upon leaving hit the lock button on keypad, do not lock inside door knob
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Take trash out to large yellow cans on side of the house near parking area. Be careful to screw lids on correctly so bears do not get in them.
- Set thermostat to 58 degrees in winter and 78 degrees in summer
- Place all linens/towels in bedroom(s)
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile in the bedroom
- Turn off the gas fireplace at the thermostat when going to bed and when leaving the cabin
- Turn off all inside lights, electronics, and appliances except for the dishwasher. Leave front door outside lights on
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
