Our experience there was horrible. It was filthy and moldy. The shower curtains were covered in orange mold, The ensuite upstairs had a toilet seat falling off, and the white towels were all stained with some kind of orange stuff and threadbare. The hall bathroom had mold along the tub and the whole room smelled like mold. The baseboards were filthy. The kitchen faucet was hanging on by a thread and the windowsill had dead bugs on it. Ants were in the kitchen, and I found a couple of them in my bed. On the balcony, there was at least one unsafe railing post. A small child could fall through. The balcony door had been left unlocked and was accessible from the backyard. In the bedroom upstairs, 2/3 lights weren't working rendering it unusable. In the en suite upstairs, the closet, which one would assume from the posted photos to be for your clothes, was full of cleaning supplies and had no room for clothes unless you didn't mind having them hanging on chemicals and old laundry.
The arms of the living room chair were so disgusting a person wouldn't want to touch them.
We were given a contact to call for questions and (per the VRBO website) issues and emergencies. We called to ask for new shower curtains and for someone to come secure the kitchen faucet, but she said she wasn't the owner, only the cleaner, and she could not make that call. Long story, longer, we got sick from the mold and had to leave early and find another place to stay. Don't stay there!

Hi Suellen, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, and we take cleanliness and safety concerns very seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience—this is far from the stay we want to provide. We’ve taken steps to ensure higher standards moving forward.
- We’re making necessary repairs to the toilet seat, kitchen faucet, and balcony railing, and will be conducting a full inspection to address any safety or maintenance concerns.
- As long-distance owners, we rely heavily on accurate reporting and thorough follow-through from our local partners, and we’re taking steps to ensure we can better oversee those responsibilities going forward.
Thanks again for your feedback, we're committed to making things right and ensuring future guests have a far better experience.
Overall a nice place to stay. Not much parking though and its on a dead end street. Plenty of room property clean except the coffee pot it has not been touched in quite some time. Comfortable beds, and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. I would stay again if in the area .

This property overall was nice, and was what we needed for the weekend. But a few things definitely need attending. Our bathroom upstairs was absolutely not cleaned before we arrived, thankfully I had some wipes with me to do a once over, but that was a bit unpleasant. Our sheets also had many stains on them. The downstairs bathroom shower backed up with water and our friends had to end up fishing the line from the gross buildup. There was no WiFi, as we went to log in it immediately said the bill was overdue. It had snowed before we arrived, and no one came to clear the driveway and walk way. Thankfully we just happened to throw our snow shovel in the truck because immediately upon arrival we couldn’t pull in and had to shovel the whole driveway, not exactly fun after a 6 hour drive. The space was fine and was big enough for all of us; just needs some basic up keep, and proper Cleaning!!!

This quiet little house is right by trails that overlook a reservoir. Everything was clean and fairly newly remodeled. A couple of small things were wrong, the Keurig had a part missing and the ironing board didn't stay up properly. In general, though, it was a really great place, not to far from downtown but with a secluded feel.

The house was well kept and the neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible.
