4/5 The rooms were clean and great! Our only problem was trying to get the access code. Our trip was delayed an hour searching the website and using the vrbo app to try and find our room access code. 6.5 hrs before our check in time, we finally found a phone number to call (two of us using our laptops to search for help).....which was not found on the app. Three messages on my account asking for the access code were never answered. Upon arrival (after dark), the key pad to access our room key was very hard to read. It took several attempts. There were 3 different lock boxes and we didn't know which room was ours.

5/5 This was a great spot for all things Marlinton and the Greenbrier River Trail. We came to ride gravel bikes and explore the GRT and gravel roads around Marlinton and this location served us well and is literally right next to the GRT and within a few minutes of food and drink.
