5/5 The schoolhouse was like stepping back in time. I loved all the special touches and attention to detail! The place was very clean and comfortable with an excellent mattress! The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect for us as we were visiting our son in Charles Town but also wanted some time in Shepherdstown. It was so easy to get in touch with our host if needed. Great stay!!

Fun stay
5/5 Interesting and enjoyable to stay in a former schoolhouse. went with my 21-year-old daughter and felt comfortable using two beds in the one room. Quiet town, but accessible to many towns in the area.
