Very peaceful! This place has everything you need and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools (we are big cooks).
The screened in porch was a dreamy relaxing spot. Great place to take a time out. I would highly recommend
We reserved this cabin in Great Cacapon, West Virginia to get away from the city and have a change of scene. It was just what the doctor ordered! We all relaxed--even our pup. The cabin was nice and secluded, surrounded by beautiful nature, nicely decorated, complete with all the amenities we needed, and very comfortable. We went hiking in nearby Cacapon Resort State Park and Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area, where we were alone on the shady trails. One thing to be aware of is that it takes about 40-45 minutes to get to these trails because of the layout of the roads.
This cabin was just what I was looking for: cozy, beautiful, dog friendly, a great view! The place looked just like the pictures. The host was very friendly and made sure we got in okay. This getaway was a perfect, relaxing reset, and it was extra special to have our pup with us! Highly recommend.
Great dog friendly cabin! We loved the variety of outdoor spaces. The cabin was warm upon arrival. Not sure about summer, but it was a lovely spring retreat!
