    The location of the townhome was great. It was close to the shuttle that runs to several areas of the mountain. I did have several concerns with the condition of the townhome itself. On of the major issues was with the slow draining bathtub. This caused several inches of standing water in the tub while taking a shower every time. Additionally, the prior guest's dishes were left in the dishwasher. They were cleaned, but required us to unload them and put them away. Also, the provided Keurig coffee maker was not functional. Upon entering the townhome I found a used dental floss stick on the carpet in the living room area, and the light in the mud room was not working.

    - We’ll inspect and clear the bathtub drain to ensure it’s draining properly so future guests don’t experience standing water while showering.
    - We’re reinforcing with our cleaning team to double-check that the dishwasher is emptied, floors are thoroughly inspected, and all light fixtures—including the mudroom light—are working prior to arrival, and we apologize that these details were missed.
    - We’ll check the Keurig and replace it if needed so guests can rely on a working coffee maker.

    Love Powder Ridge forany reasons including proximity to the Finger Trails and the short ride to the Village. This unit was very nice and in great condition. Could use some updating , but overall this unit was a great stay. Will definitely be back

    Showed up to nothing cleaned and when asked to be refunded the cleaning fee after spending the first night cleaning, I was ghosted. Do not recommend. There’s plenty of other places in the same set of condos.

    Overall no issues except zero communication with guest contact person provided. I called, emailed, and texted several times before and during our stay to get questions answered to no avail. Luckily there was no emergency or major problems with the unit. Convenient ski out location and great snow removal staff.
