Great Location, house needs some work
4/5 This is a great location to visit Harpers Ferry, Antietam and Frederick. The house was big and there was plenty of parking. I think we were the first to stay here because there were boxes out front in the garbage for all of the new TVs and the vacuum cleaner (that was plugged with dirt upon arrival). The dish washer was full of dirty dishes and there was dust all over the floors, I guess because the vacuum plugged up. There was an air conditioner in each bedroom and the living room. Made it noisy but did keep the place cool. The inside is very old, and some cosmetic fixes were done. The back porch is very unsafe (holes and unlevel). Also there weren't any blinds in the house.

Great Charles Town getaway
5/5 We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was just as advertised and absolutely lovely. The screened porch was particularly nice. It was in a great neighborhood with beautiful historic homes, only a short walk to multiple restaurants, and very well situated for visiting Harper's Ferry and Shepherdstown. Would stay there again if I return to the area.
