4/5 3/5 Spilled a bit of water on the floor downstairs and wiped it up quickly. The rag was black. Clearly not mopped. The bed sheets downstairs smelled. I wiped the counters before leaving… not clean. Upstairs floors need replaced. Back porch ceiling needs pressure washed badly. Good location and could be a nice property but really needs a thorough cleaning and some maintenance.
