3/5 Spilled a bit of water on the floor downstairs and wiped it up quickly. The rag was black. Clearly not mopped. The bed sheets downstairs smelled. I wiped the counters before leaving… not clean. Upstairs floors need replaced. Back porch ceiling needs pressure washed badly. Good location and could be a nice property but really needs a thorough cleaning and some maintenance.

5/5 Unfortunately we ended up staying at a different house that the owner had due to an unforeseen circumstance. The owner acted quickly to rectify the situation to our satisfaction and we enjoyed the new accommodation. What we saw of this house, we really liked it.
