Home away from home!
5/5 Loved our stay here! The apartment wS nicely sized and super clean. We had private access to the home, washer/dryer, hot tub and fire pit. Great distance from New River Gorge National Park ( only about 20ish minutes). Easily access to grocery stores in the area. Highly recommend this location if your are planning to be in the Beckley area!

Cozy
5/5 The owners are amazing...very accommodating. Unit is cozy, very nice hot tub. Shower is very small but overall, great place!

Communication errors
2/5 It was a nice place to stay, great location to attractions, however we were supposed to go SXS riding but due to some unforseen circumstances we didn't bring it and thank goodness we didn't. There would have been no room for our jeep and trailer when we were told there would be. Also we were notified on THE DAY of ARRIVAL that the hot tub wasn't working and they just found out, however it has been broken for a while. That was the main reason for renting this specific place. We know it had been down for a while due to the sign on it having debris and dirt on it and the lid and the sign was water marked and no dirt or debris was under the sign. We feel that part of the $150.0 cleaning fee was to clean the hot tub and the house and that is a little steep for the very minimal amount of space to clean and no hot tub to clean.
Again it was a nice place just wish communication would have been better or everything worked like it was supposed too. If you are older or have knee problems know in advance there are many steps down to the door.

- We understand your frustration regarding the hot tub situation. Unfortunately, it has been out of order for the past four weeks, and we genuinely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your visit. We inform all our guests about the hot tub's status before their arrival and informed you as well. We're currently working with our repair person, who has been quite backed up with repairs in the area, to get it up and running as soon as possible.
- In regards to parking, we typically don't have issues with accommodating large pickups and enclosed trailers. There are seven parking spaces available, ensuring ample room for our guests. Additionally, upon request, we can reserve two parking spaces for your convenience.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. Your feedback is essential to us, and it helps us make improvements and ensure a better experience for our guests.
