PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 5095 Peterson Rd, Webster, WI 54893
- Your GPS may not take you directly to the property. To reach the property, enter the address into your GPS to get you close, and then follow the instructions below
- When you hit the intersection of Dongola Road and Peterson Road on the southeast corner look for a shed
- Drive about 1/4 mile on Peterson Road past the red metal gates until you hit the dead-end road
- Take a right. You will see 2 gates with chains. This is the entrance to the property. Open the gate and drive through
- Take a right and it will take you through the driveway about 3/4 of a mile
- You will cross the lake/stream. Keep going past the fenced apple orchard, and then you see the cottage at the end of the road

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The property is gated at the end of the driveway. There is no lock, so just remove the chain to open the gate. You can leave the gate open during your stay
- The key to the cottage is located inside a lockbox, which is inside the storm door. The code is 0745
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
