  Upon arriving at our vacation destination, we discovered two problems. Only one of our problems got fixed. The problem was the air conditioner wasn’t working. It took 24 hours for the repair guy to cool the 82 degree house. The second problem was the pool table was broken. Kid toys were stuck in the pockets making it impossible to play. We only discovered this after buy a set of pool balls for 15 dollars. Because of these problems we don’t think we got our money’s worth and would like some sort of refund.

  Regarding the air conditioning, it was an unfortunate circumstance during an unusually hot week. We did our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by getting a contractor out within 24 hours. Given the extreme weather and the high demand for service at the time, we were pleased they could respond so quickly. Our cleaning team, who thoroughly checks the property before each guest's arrival, did not notice any issues with the A/C prior to your stay. We also want to highlight that the home is equipped with ceiling fans in every room and screened windows to provide ventilation.
  
  As for the pool table, once we were made aware of the problem, we immediately reached out to the only available billiards repair company in the area. Unfortunately, due to their limited availability, they weren’t able to come out until 09/11. When they examined the table, they found toys lodged in the pockets. We would be happy to refund the $15 you spent on the pool balls once we receive the receipt.
  
  We responded to your calls and messages as quickly as possible and took action as soon as we could to address both issues. While we regret that these problems impacted your stay, we did everything in our power to resolve them promptly. As you can see from our previous reviews, we take great pride in maintaining our property and providing a comfortable experience for our guests.
  
  After reflecting on your recent visit, we've concluded that we might not be the best fit for your future accommodation needs. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and wish you all the best in your travels.

  We were very pleased with the home and the conveniences offered. The home was peaceful and offered various items to enjoy down time and the environment. We would return to this location, should we return to the area.

• Wautoma’s Best Kept Secret

  Perfection would be the word I would use from the property, to the cozy home and the cleanliness of the house. The home is so tastefully decorated. We even had Big Foot greet us when entering our weekend getaway. 100% recommend the rental to anyone who wants a peaceful and relaxing time away from home!!!
