Overall, it was okay stay, but the house was not clean… floors were dirty, refrigerator was dirty and had some smell inside. The house looks bigger on the picture. Definitely not enough space for 11 people.

Hi Oksana, this homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response:
We strive to provide a 5-star experience and sincerely apologize that your stay fell short of expectations. We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - the local contact would have been happy to assist with any of these issues. That being said, we plan on looking into each and every one of your concerns to ensure that future guests do not share your experience. Thanks for your valuable feedback!
Everything is as accurate as the description and images. Great place to stay with a small group!
