3/5 Two of the bedrooms had ceiling fans that made noises when you turned them on and could not be used. There were some cob webs in the dining room area when we arrived and felt like it had not been cleaned recently. The pictures made it seem bigger than it was. Overall very nice house and was perfect for our stay.

-The Amelia House has hosted many guests, and no previous stays have reported issues with noise or creaking from the ceiling fans, which are provided in every bedroom along with air conditioning. Each bedroom was inspected prior to your arrival, and no concerns were found.
-The property was thoroughly cleaned days before your stay, with a final inspection conducted on the day of your arrival. While the dining room’s numerous windows, including storm panes, may occasionally allow a small spider inside, any visible cobwebs would have been promptly addressed by the host.
-Professional photographers are used to ensuring listing photos accurately represent the property, so guests can make informed decisions before booking. We are confident the property is exactly as advertised.

5/5 We had a fabulous stay with friends in Superior. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the enclosed front porch. It was comfortable, cozy, and perfect for catching up with everyone!

Grandma’s Weekend
5/5 We were in the area for Grandma’s weekend. My friend and I ran our first marathon. Our bus was less than 5 minutes away and it was easy to navigate for our spouses. The property is beautiful and neighborhood is very quiet.
