The property features 5 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located near the front door facing the entry, camera 2 is located on front exterior facing the shed/garage, camera 3 is located on the front exterior facing the driveway and parking area, camera 4 is located near the lake facing the equipment by lake including boats, kayaks, and shed, and camera 5 is located on the back door facing the back entry. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when motion is detected. They are only on for arrival and departure and are turned off during your stay



PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 11736 S Hillside St, Solon Springs, WI 54873
- From North-airport or Twin Cities continue on Hwy 53 South. Solon Springs is 35 miles from the airport
- Turn into the town and get on the old HWY 53 continuing south
- Once in the town, turn left onto the frontage road across the railroad tracks. Pass the laundromat and turn left on White Birch St
- Go straight down and drive straight into our driveway. You will cross Hillside St
- Park at the top of the hill or drive down and park on the steep gravel driveway

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 pm
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The Guest Contact will reach out approximately 48 hours before your arrival to provide you with the code 
- Additional check-in information can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 am
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Take the trash out to the bins and make sure the bins are locked
- Make sure any bonfires are completely extinguished
- Leave all used beds unmade
- Place all used linens and towels in the laundry basket
- Make sure to remove all trash from house and put in lock-top trash outside
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please be sure to return the boat and/or paddle boat to their original spot 
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or large gatherings, no vendors allowed on property
- No excessive noise or loud music after 10:00 PM
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- The property features brand new Wifi on both 2.4 or a 5G network with speeds up to 100 for downloading

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The queen air mattress is located behind the futon in the living room
- The dock and kayaks are available seasonally, weather permitting 
- Swimming and Boating is at your own risk
- Climbing on the ladders for the bunk beds is at your own risk
- There are some adult life preservers, but they may not fit everyone. Please bring your own to ensure the right size and fit
- Boating/paddle boating on the Lake require 1-life preserver PER PERSON. Any fines given by the DNR for improper boating safety are the responsibility of the renter and their parties.
- Fishing requires a license, easily accessible at the Solon Merchantile for a small fee. Any fines associated with fishing are the responsibility of the renters. *Solon Merchantile 715-378-2860
- All bonfires are done at your own risk-and they need to be in the fire pit ONLY
- If you wish to rent a boat, please check out the St. Croix Inn @ Solon Spring
- There is a boat launch a half-mile from the property

- Your safety matters. The property features 5 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located near the front door facing the entry, camera 2 is located on front exterior facing the shed/garage, camera 3 is located on the front exterior facing the driveway and parking area, camera 4 is located near the lake facing the equipment by lake including boats, kayaks, and shed, and camera 5 is located on the back door facing the back entry. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when motion is detected. They are only on for arrival and departure and are turned off during your stay

PARKING:
- There is ample parking available in the gravel driveway for vehicles and trailers
- Room to park a small RV and boat trailer. There is outside electric where you can hook up, but there is not any area for septic emptying
- The gravel driveway is steep. It is recommended that you park at the top of the hill in the winter and not in the driveway

We had a wonderful time enjoying the property, cabin, and local 4-wheeling trails.

The lake activities and the outdoors was great!
