Great experience
5/5 Everything was clean and just as it looked on the listing. Our favorite part was that it was just a 6 minute walk to Deland Park, which has a beautiful beach.

Great location
4/5 Old house updated as nicely as it could be. Good attention to detail and so nice to have all the things you might need (utensils, pans, coffee, hairdryer, beach chairs, beach towels). The stairs are definitely steep but manageable as long as you can climb stairs. The location is perfect for anything you’d want to do. There is no air conditioning upstairs. That was a bit hard with napping littles during the day. They had fans but they didn’t do much to cool anything. That may have changed our decision to stay there had we known it. But, if that doesn’t matter, then it’s great on every other aspect.

Great family house near the beach
5/5 We enjoyed being walking distance from many playgrounds, beaches and the river walk- not to mention soft serve on the corner. Good bathrooms and new kitchen. Lovely side yard with real live bunnies throughout!
