Excellent Stay
5/5 Home was in great condition, very clean, and pictures do a great job showing how nice the place is. We came for a golf trip and was about 20 minutes away from 2 world famous golf resorts and would recommend this stay to anyone headed this way.
Great for Race Fans
5/5 It's a great location for Road America racers and fans. Kitchen is well equipped, and more than enough room for two adults.

Great location, simple accommodations, some surprises
3/5 The place is great location for a weekend at the track. Plenty of space for our 3-person team. Ideal accommodations would have two beds in second room (vs bunkbed for us old guys)
Kitchen not overly stocked. We had to purchase some basics like Salt, Pepper. The icemaker wasn't running so we had to make do. Also, we were hoping for a grill to make steaks, but nothing was available.
Also to note, we did not have access to the garage, which was a surprise. The cleaning fee is ridiculously high given the amount of prep we had to do before we left. Will probably look for a different solution next year.

- To ensure that our guests make informed decisions that align with their preferences, we strongly encourage them to thoroughly review our listing before making a booking.
- The listing does not state that a grill is included. Additionally, the current insurance policy doesn’t allow for one.
- The listing does not state that the garage is available for guest use.
- The second bedroom does feature bunk beds, which is clearly stated in the listing and shown in the pictures.
- Salt, pepper, and olive oil were labeled and placed on the kitchen countertop, with extra refills in the cabinet above. It seems they may have been missed during your stay.
- The ice maker must be emptied between stays due to county health regulations, which is why it was empty when you arrived.
- Light checkout tasks, like loading the dishwasher and leaving linens on the bed, are standard, but we're actively revising them to ensure they're as convenient as possible for guests.
We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!Wonderful space

Perfect spot for us
5/5 We (two couples) were in the area to attend a race at Road America. The location of the townhome couldn't have been any better, and the townhome itself was outstanding - clean, comfortable, well equipped. Our property manager was extremely responsive, and went out of her way to return an item I accidentally left in the unit. Many thanks!
