5/5 This place has everything you can possibly wish for: location, host's friendliness, cleanliness. House is spacious and equipped with everything you need, you have accessibility to the lake just from the backyard. Perfect fishing spot and close to the museum.

5/5 The property was as described, clean and comfortable space in a unique neighborhood. It was a perfect location as we have family in Simi Valley and friends in San Fernando Valley. Curtis was very responsive throughout the whole time as needed. We’ll be back!
