Outstanding Outside
4/5 The good: Outside: the dock, swim pad, accessories, deck, outdoor furniture, neighborhood, location. Inside: everything worked, A/C was mostly sufficient with fan blowing into bedroom.
The not so good: there is clearly a known ant problem on the center peninsula of the kitchen, saw spray in the utility room. Could use a thorough going-through for bugs, cobwebs, pet hair e
Overall: for the location and price, this is a decent value if you're spending most of your time outside. Bring your own soap/shampoo/kitchen supplies (pots/pans/silverware were adequate) as there were minimal courtesy items available, but they were there.

Long weekend stay
5/5 We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The linens were new and plentiful. The house was maintained and clean. The dock was newer and easy to use with our boat. Overall we had a great weekend and enjoyed our stay!
