CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Early check-in must be pre-arranged. Please reach out to the Guest Contact if you need to check in early
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- The access code also works on the back garage door. Many guests find this entry especially convenient when arriving and unloading luggage, as it allows you to open the garage and enter directly through the mudroom. Feel free to use whichever entrance works best for your arrival 
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Make sure you return all beach towels
- Late check-out must be pre-arranged. Please reach out to the Guest Contact if you need to check out late
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please remove your shoes upon entering the property
- Do not move the furniture
- Do not sit on the furniture with sunscreen or wet swimsuits

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- The lake does not have a lifeguard on duty and may feature additional hazards, including strong currents and sea creatures. Please use caution when swimming
- The property includes a steep cliff along the lakeshore; erosion and unstable ground near the area may pose serious risks. For your safety, always stay 25 feet away from the edge. Do not approach the bluff or go beyond the fence line except when using the designated steps to access the beach
- Service vendors routinely access the garage for garbage collection, water delivery, and general home maintenance on Mondays and Wednesdays, and may be present during your stay. Please make sure the south drive is clear to allow garage access on these days

- 2 additional vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- Boat/trailer parking is prohibited on the property
- All vehicles must be parked in designated areas. Guests are responsible for any fines resulting from parking violations
