Great Place for a Summer Getaway
5/5 The house was perfect for our group, 7 adults and 11 kids. The kids really enjoyed all of the extra amenities like the water toys and rec room. We did have the neighbor stop by to tell us the kids were being too loud but he was respectful about it. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and there were plenty of towels and extra linens.

Outstanding
5/5 Best experience our family could've hoped for!! Definitely a 5-star rating. This home is SO well-furnished, we left a lot of what we brought packed. The indoor/outdoor games were great. Our grandkids and their friends (all in their early 20's) had a ton fun. If you like like to kayak and fish, this is the place. We will book again!

Great stay on Lake Arbutus
5/5 Our group of nine had a wonderful time at this property. The house was spacious and clean with nice decor and furnishings. The lake was great for swimming, and the kids had a blast on the swim raft and lily pad. The kayaks were fun too. The garage full of activities was a great bonus. Our only complaints were the basement was very damp and the ceiling fan in one bedroom didn’t work. The owner did send an electrician to try to fix the fan but he wasn’t able to. Overall an excellent lake house!
