- Your safety matters. This property features 3 external security cameras. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 1 is on the west side of the home facing the sauna/gear garage/parking area. Camera 2 is on the east side of the home facing the lake/backyard/fire pit/deck. Camera 3 is on the south side of the home facing the steps to the dock and front lawn. The cameras record video and audio continuously



PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 6948 Little Papoose Lake Rd, Manitowish Waters, WI 54545
- The name of the property is 'Norseman Point' 
- WAZE is the preferred map app versus Google Maps
- The home is the very first driveway to the right, prior to following the paved road to the left. The property features a 1/5-mile long driveway with a large, custom sign at the entry
- Please proceed slowly as there are blind spots. Park in the designated gravel spaces west of the gear garage, then follow the garage apron and sidewalk to the front door of the main structure (the bunkhouse, which is located in the same structure as the gear garage, will be locked and is not available for guest use)
- Press the keypad touchscreen, enter your personalized 6-digit code, hit the check mark, and you're in. The key to the gear garage door will be on the buffet counter under the kitchen window. When opening the gear garage door, it's helpful to lift the bottom handle with your foot in addition to twisting and lifting the opening handle

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the ‘99’ + last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash and recycling bins and place them in the gear garage
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip the linens from all used beds. On the bunk beds, unzip the fitted sheets, leaving the base secured to the mattress. Leave all comforters in their respective rooms
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

PARKING:
- 6 vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- RV and trailer parking are prohibited on-site  
- Our lake does not offer public access, nor is it near snowmobile trail access points. We do not accommodate trailers of any kind. We do offer an EV charger just inside the gear garage. The 25-ft cord with universal charging attachment easily reaches vehicles parked immediately to the west of the gear garage. No driving or parking beyond the large landscaping boulders. Shuttle luggage and coolers using the concrete walkway
