Convenient, nicely updated
4/5 The house was perfect. Nicely renovated and convenient. Wonderful ice cream store on the next street over.
Communication was a bit lacking as the on site person does not have a cell phone or voice mail. Plan on several days for an email to be answered.
Parking is advertised as “4 cars in the driveway” this is optimistic, as there is room for 4 as long as you use the back yard. It is a shared driveway. Street parking is “sometimes” available, but neighbors are not happy about it.
Would have loved another bath for 4 adults, but it worked out.
