Cute cozy cabin for a couple
5/5 This is a very serene location. It's a cute, kitschy cottage right on the water with a private backyard and area to grill. Only a sweet, short walk to the Canal Island lighthouse and a quiet road to bike on for miles. The only criticism, and definitely not a deal breaker-still 5 stars- the beds. They are all pull-out couch beds and are not super comfortable. Overall a gem of a weekend in a nice-priced stay with a beautiful view.
Serene and Suboptimal
2/5 Gorgeous location, very private, reasonably priced and well stocked with kitchen equipment for making meals.In my opinion, a must have for any vacation rental is comfortable accommodations for sleeping and relaxing. This place had none. Three very worn out sleeper sofas coupled with thrift-store quality chairs was not adequate. We could not sleep or relax in any of the furniture and we tried them all.

- They’re sorry the furniture didn’t feel as comfortable as you’d hoped—relaxing is a big part of any trip, and they wish it had been a better fit for you.
- Two of the sofa beds are inflatable, and that’s noted in the listing, but they understand it might have been easy to overlook.
- While many guests have had a great experience here, they’ll still take a look at the setup to see if there’s room to improve comfort for future stays.
