5/5 Great place to stay for a family wedding reception in Arkdale. Only drawback was no wifi, but we all survived. Host was very kind and helpful. Thank you for letting us rent your place for the weekend!

Sorry about the Wi-Fi it doesn't work very well in the area so why pay for something that's doesn't work most of the time but there's new internet coming being installed as we speak high speed fiber optics so hopefully within a year we'll have some good internet for all of you!
4/5 Kitchen items were lacking. Silverware, glasses, bowls, good knives. Only one roll toilet paper per bathroom, no extra. I bought more.

We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We do stock the condo with a full set of silverware, plates, bowls, and glasses, so we’re surprised by your comment and will double-check to ensure everything is in place for future guests.
As for paper products, we provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for stays up to four days, which is noted in our listing. For longer stays, we’re happy to supply more. Unfortunately, due to past experiences, we’ve had to limit quantities to prevent excessive loss of supplies.
We appreciate your review and always strive to improve. While we’re disappointed not to have earned a five-star rating from you, we hope you still enjoyed your time overall."4/5 It was clean and everything worked. Nothing special, just an older mobile home.
