3/5 The location is great. The view is amazing. The sleeping accommodations were just what we needed. We loved watching the sunrise over the lake. However, the house could use a really deep cleaning. The showers are a bit grimmy, carpet needs to be cleaned, dust along the floorboards, things like that. There are only 3 living room chairs to enjoy TV in the evening. For a house that sleeps 12, it is likely that more than 3 people will be looking for a comfy spot at the end of the day. The water has a strong sulfur odor. The property manager did come over to address this issue and it was somewhat better after that.

Wonderful stay!
5/5 We rented this house along with a few friends for the weekend. We had a great time and the house fit our needs perfectly. It had a spacious yard and easy access to the water. It was only a few minutes from beach access and restaurants too. My only complaint is that the water in the house has a strong odor to it. Otherwise, it was wonderful!!
4/5 Check in was a breeze, WiFi was easy to access, view was incredible. Algoma is the place to stay to get away from the crowds. It’s an older home and needs updating but everything you need is there.

4/5 Great property with spectacular view, but lake access is a bit tricky. We had to maneuver the displaced cinder blocks and climb down the rocks (with smiley faces on the neighbors property). House was well stocked inside, but the shower on main floor was dirty and needed attention. Patio door screen needs replaced and that would help keep the lake flies outside (thankfully they don't seem to bite). Tried to contact the owner via text and app regarding firewood and a stray cat with no response. Outside steps and deck could use some updates to include safety rails. We absolutely enjoyed our time in Wisconsin and with a couple updates, this property would be a gem
