We had a small girls trip getaway and had a ball on the river. Bev's house is beautiful. We had plenty of room to spread out and sleep comfortably but we were always outside sitting on the deck watching wildlife and getting fishing stories from neighbors as they floated by. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed making meals in between river fun. It was hard to leave life on the river but we've decided to make it an annual event.
We visited Bev's art studio and got a jump on our holiday shopping too. BONUS!!
Nice houseboat at the end of a marina made for a very unique experience. The hosts, Bev and Loyd, are very friendly and hospitable.

This is a unique and spectacular rental. Bev and Lloyd were such helpful and responsive hosts. It’s clear they love sharing their space and want the best for their guests. We stayed during a storm and weren’t able to explore the beach or use the kayaks so we will be back! Their art and studio is simply amazing, the house boat is spacious and beautiful, comfy, cozy and well planned for a large group. This was my families favorite get-away, we arrived right after a major snow and ice-storm and the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay happen. We enjoyed a fire on the covered porch and hope to do the same in the summer after swimming right off the deck!
