Ok place to stay
3/5 We've rented many homes over the years and probably won't be back to this one due to overall quality relative to the price. The home was clean and well appointed. The challenge was the tenant downstairs who had a large dog that barked / lunged when leashed outside which we had to go past to get to parked vehicles. Also, house temp was a bit challenging with some rooms very hot or very cold, depending on heater location. One evening, there was a strong odor of marijuana (we think from basement) which wasn't great for us.

- We're glad to hear that you found the home clean and well-appointed.
- We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the tenant's dog. The dog was mentioned before check-in, and we will continue to ensure guests are aware of it in advance to avoid any surprises.
- The temperature variation in different rooms is something we are addressing to ensure a more consistent and comfortable environment for future guests.
- The strong odor you noticed was likely incense from the basement tenant. We understand how this could be unpleasant and will remind the tenant to be mindful of such scents.
