We were refinishing our hardwood floors at our house and moved out for the week while the job was completed. Everything was perfect. Michaeal, the owner, was so helpful with everything and the house was perfect. It worked out great. Had lots of amenities stocked with everything you would need and very close by to where we live. It all worked out perfectly.

The Gray House is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in the North End of Tacoma. It’s a historic home that has been nicely updated. There is a pretty fenced in backyard with lovely landscaping. Seniors take note that the front entrance does not have a handrail. There is a bedroom on the ground floor if you need to avoid steps. The TV has mostly streaming services so make sure you know your passwords.

Well-kept older house in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time there.

Excellent host responsiveness. Nicely appointed. Put out A/C units which kept us comfortable in unseasonal heat.
