Perfect Family House
5/5 We stayed at the house over Thanksgiving and it was a perfect gathering spot. The house is roomy and the kitchen is well stocked. The setting was lovely with a view from the living/kitchen area and a very short walk to the water. There is a small park with swings that our 3 grandhildren thorougly enjoyed. The house was clean and comfortable and we could not have been happier with our few days.

Gorgeous property!
5/5 This house was the perfect stay for my entire family! Traveling with kids and dogs, we couldn’t have asked for a better place! We stayed for the Fourth of July and it was amazing to see the fireworks with a beautiful view while still being quiet inside for our kids to sleep. They were very responsive with any questions I had. It’s a very relaxing area to stay and enjoy some quality time with family. Quiet neighborhood and very easy access to the waterfront! We would definitely stay here again!

A Welcoming Neighborhood
4/5 This property has everything a group of disc golfers needed for a tournament at Kayak Point. It was just 12 minutes away from the course. It has a capacious hot tub, and 5 bedrooms. We grilled all 3 nights on a modern gas grill and ate on Good quality plates. Then we could watch the sun go down from the water-facing balcony. Each neighbor walking by said hello and warmly welcomed us to the neighborhood.

Great house, well stocked and beautiful view
5/5 The house was very comfortable and clean, with a great view of the water from the living room and kitchen.
The kitchen was well stocked and lacked nothing. The gazebo-covered hot-tub was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day.
