5/5 I didn't receive our host information and number prior to check in, so had to deal with that first off. After that, the place was great. It had enough beds, the kitchen was stocked and it was clean. The only thing I would recommend to the host is change out the lighting over the table as it's very poor to play games with (especially for us old timers :) ).

Great place for the family
5/5 The family enjoyed the home with great views.
5/5 Communication and check in were good. The property itself is great for a family. Three bedrooms upstairs (main floor) all a decent size. Very well equipped kitchen, lovely open plan living room/dining room. It’s across the road from the sound with great views from the living room and deck. Very comfortable for the 7 of us plus toddler and one dog. The beach is easy access. By aware that groceries are a 20 to 30 minute drive and same for eating out options. Not a problem for us.

Wedding Party Stay
5/5 We booked this for our wedding party from out of town and it was perfect for the weekend for the 10 of us. Great open kitchen and living room for large gatherings, a wonderful backyard and hot tub, and access to the sound for a quick dip. All our friends had a great stay.

Family Get-Away
5/5 This nicely maintained house suited our family (7 adults, 3 kids) very well. We enjoyed every amenity- the hot tub, balcony, easy beach access, and well equipped kitchen. It’s a great place to get away from it all!
