First driving up, it is not a great neighborhood with the houses on either side having some boarded and broken windows, and the stairs are steep for young kids or elderly. The entire home smelled like cat urine the whole time. There is no AC and only one fan that did not do much for the heat. Some of the windows wouldn’t open, and blinds were broken. Many pieces of furniture and decor from the photos were not there. The dryer was running when we got there, and had to put all the pillow cases on the pillows. There was no toiletries and only one thing of toilet paper, no paper towels. Also having only one accessible outlet in the master bedroom made it slightly inconvenient. The WiFi password was not listed by the modem as we were told. I reached out to the contact and they got back later in the day but just left a roll of toilet paper and a hand soap sitting on the front porch. Just wasn’t ideal for our trip. Very minimal effort for hosting a Vrbo home.

Regarding the condition of the home, we’re aware of the window and blinds issue, and we're actively working on repairs. Additionally, while the home does not have A/C, this was stated in the listing, and we apologize if this caused discomfort.
As for the supplies, I personally delivered toilet paper and hand soap to your doorstep, and I regret that this did not meet your expectations. The WiFi password is listed under the modem, and we provided guidance when contacted to ensure you had access. I’m also sorry that you encountered any issues with the furniture or decor, though I can confirm that all items displayed in the listing should be in place.

-We’ve taken your feedback to heart regarding A/C and understand how important it is for comfort. While the listing does indicate there is no A/C, the homeowner is making plans to install a unit this winter to better meet guests' needs in the future. We still encourage guests to thoroughly read the listing to ensure it's the right property for them.
-The blinds were unfortunately damaged by a previous guest with a pet, but replacements have been ordered and will be installed as soon as they arrive.
-Extra toilet paper is stored in the downstairs basement, and the homeowner is always happy to guide guests to find any needed supplies. For future guests, we encourage reaching out to the guest contact with any requests or concerns, as detailed in the pre-stay and check-in instructions.

We are a family of four (mom, dad, two boys aged 5 & 2), and one of us had a speaker to see at a nearby venue both weekend days.
We knew in advance the property didn’t have A/C, so we brought our portable unit and it worked perfect.
The property contact was especially helpful, and really worked with us on the last day so things went smoothly for our family.
