Stayed for four nights, parked rental car in the garage, made breakfast in the modern kitchen with all you need for cooking, slept in comfortable beds, enjoyed the hot tub and outside space. Located conveniently between Sea-Tac and DT Seattle. Host left an much appreciated bottle of champagne! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

The property manager was great to communicate with prior to checking in early. We did not rent a car to help keep expenses down as this was a last minute business trip. Fare from the airport to the house was $42 w/ Taxi.
We were able to communicate to do an early check in, there is a fee, but so worth it walking through the door of this home. We had an early red eye flight, able to check in and get a nap. The home has a french press, I had brought mine with just in case there was not one available.
The home was clean, bright, and in a quiet neighborhood. 5 minute walk to the bus stop that will take you direct to Seattle Downtown (15 minute ride and only a few bucks). The bed is soft, and plenty of fluffy pillows and comforter. This stay happened during a warm spell, so we turned the heat down, and had the fans going, there is no AC, so plan accordingly with keeping the flow moving in the house. Afternoon about 4 is the peak of the heat in the house.
The hot tub and deck area is great, easy to use, privacy screen from the neighbors, direct access from the house. Plenty of fluffy towels for the hot tub and shower towels. Nice thoughtful touches from q-tips, to make up remover, and a special cloth so as not to stain the white washcloths when removing make up. Fairly well stocked kitchen with basic spices, TP, Paper towels, soaps, coffee/sugar to get the trip started. This older home has had a fabulous upgraded kitchen and bathroom remodels done. The retro decor is simple and beautiful. Also has an electric car charger in the garage.
We would stay here again, lots of places to eat, and go within 3 mile radius. Easier to bike or use uber/taxi service if not able to walk long distances. We went to Alki Beach which is fabulous at sunset, ate dinner at Salty's. The Pho restaurant 3 minute walk has great food, authentic flavors, and quick service for dining in. If you have an electric car there is an electric charger in the garage, having garage access is a plus with a rental. We went to The Spot for live Blues on Thursday, Shadowland for brunch. Other places to hit up depending on what you like: Trader Joes and Whole Foods, Easy Street Records, and lots of local shops in that area.
We enjoyed the home for resting after business meetings, and the hot tub was a great treat. Clean and bright home in a quiet neighborhood of Seattle we had not visited before. Highly recommend.
Great place. Hot tub was wonderful. Lots of amenities. I would recommend.

Great house in a great neighborhood. We ran out of toilet paper and the hot tub could have used a little TLC. Otherwise a nice stay in Seattle.
