Even more special than anticipated
5/5 Quirky and entertaining additions throughout the house/ property keeping things interesting. Whimsical decor, along with fine art and rocknroll memorabilia. Despite it being cold an rainy, ( we are PNW residents so were not surprised or concerned) the place was warm, inviting and beautiful. Close to Golden Gardens , Ballard, the aquarium and pike st market and far enough away to be able to decompress after being around so many people during our day trips. Communication with Jon was a a breeze and he was always responsive to our questions. We will probably make this our regular place to land any time we go back to the area. Such kind hearted humans, excellent homey vibe. Thank you for being so attentive and welcoming. I cant say enough good things about this place. Thank you forever. Rui, Bryce, Kenna and Charlotte. Happy Valley
5/5 We loved this house! It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was great to be able to walk for coffee and to the beach. Thank you to the hosts for letting us stay in their awesome home.

5/5 My husband and I made a short trip to Seattle to visit our daughter and this house was perfect! Very well stocked with eclectic decor and tons of charm. Excellent location and easy check in and check out process. Highly recommend!

Cozy getaway
5/5 A cozy getaway a lot of privacy for a neighborhood property very close to the beach with great backyard activities. Weather was outstanding
Pull out bed for fourth bed leaves a little bit to be desired. Only negative of property

We loved Happy Valley House
5/5 We went to a wedding in Ballard and this was the perfect place to stay. The owners were very accomodating and the house itself had so much to offer. Our stay will be a part of fond memories for years to come.
